As you know Turbobit, DarkUpload and Hitfile blocked access to USA/UK. Don't worry... it's easy to bypass these sites and download files. Follow below instructions and you're done!

1. First of all, download TOR browser (Freeware, 22MB). TOR is free software and an open network that helps you defend against a form of network surveillance that threatens personal freedom and privacy, confidential business activities and relationships, and state security known as traffic analysis. You can download and read about it  You must be logged to view links and images. .

2. Install and run. You'll see following screen:

3. Every time you loads the browser, your IP will be renewed to a different one. Now, you can easily access any site to download.

I've downloaded FoxyProxy, tried both settings (default and set based on predefined patterns), and still can't get around Turbobit blocking the U.S. I'm not an uber-geek or a professional hacker (although I shouldn't have to be just to download files on this board). What, if anything, am I missing?

All torents seem to be on pay torrent sites.
